Jakob writes from an outsider’s perspective and pushes the boundaries and limitations of various instruments, sound, and hardware synthesizers, usually to the extreme. Going against the grain, he tries to create something foreign, special, and unique that has yet to be heard by his peers and associates in the way of utilizing texture to construct a work with the concept of notes coming second, though nevertheless important.
